There was a phenomenon that could not be reflected due to a system malfunction.
For those who purchased on 9/11, we confirmed the purchase time and reflected the reference number on a first-come, first-served basis.
* First-come-first-served basis is the order in which you click the "Proceed to purchase" button and complete the application procedure.
Regardless of the payment method, the reference number is issued on a first-come, first-served basis in order from the status of "Applied" or "Paid".
The reference number will be reflected within 24 hours after payment is completed for both DAY1 and DAY2.
We would appreciate it if you could understand that it will take some time to reflect on the application due to the processing.

[About the case where the DAY2 ticket could not be purchased]
